Our schools are all seen as equal partners. Our structures and ways of working acknowledge the great things about each school in the trust and celebrate that uniqueness. Of course, times are very challenging, and the schools in our trust have benefited from our support in school improvement planning, financial management, premises improvement and management, staff training, teaching and learning CPD and support, Curriculum design and CPD and many other areas. As a trust, we strive to support you so that the things that ‘get in the way’ of great teaching and creating thriving learning atmospheres can be taken care of. Having a network of headteachers and the support of a CEO does help to make the job less lonely, and it has proved to relieve many stress points.

Our central trust team provide business and operational expertise and support for all schools.  Having centralised processes enables the schools' leadership to have time and resources to focus on the educational offer to the pupils.

Finance

Each school sets their own budget in conjunction with the Finance Director, and monitoring and review processes are completed and discussed with the leadership of each school and the board of Trustees. The central team coordinates annual academy audit processes.

Estates

Year round estates team provide support, managing the maintenance of all sites covering Health and Safety, compliance and servicing contracts.

HR and Payroll

Trustwide platforms and policies ensure consistency in the central team.

Recruitment 

Schools remain responsible for recruiting their own staff, but benefit from central support with admin and procedural aspects.

ICT

A team of ICT technicians support the schools and provides guidance on developing ICT infrastructure all year round.

Teaching and Learning

We ensure that all teachers within the Trust are confident in teaching their subjects. We also understand that our staff want to extend and deepen their knowledge. Our CPD program is built to ensure that all staff (both teaching and support) can be the best they can be through our Reflective Practitioner Programme.

Curriculum 

The Trust quality ensures that every subject in the curriculum is taught throughout the Trust. This is done in a supportive manner, and you will benefit from a group of experts in that subject area and a collaborative culture between our schools within the Trust. 

Safeguarding

Safeguarding training is provided for the whole Trust.

Headteacher Support

We offer 1:1 coaching for headteachers from our CEO, which is designed to help you address any concerns and focus on the important things.

We have a highly-skilled, experienced and dedicated board of trustees who are supported by a very capable Governance professional.
